Al-Anon and Alateen
Al-Anon offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers in a group setting. Alateen is part of the Al-Anon fellowship and is for young people, aged 12 – 17 inclusive, who are affected by a problem drinker.

Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon
Men and women who have joined together to do something about their own gambling problems and to help other compulsive gamblers do the same.
Gam-Anon is for husbands, wives, relatives or close friends who have been affected by a gambling problem.

Helplink Mental Health
Helplink Mental Health provides low-cost addiction counselling (by appointment only) to support people who are experiencing addiction problems in alcohol, drugs, eating, sex etc.
Helplink also provides a free gambling addiction/gambling dependency counselling service available via phone as well as online video chat. This service is also available to family members who are affected by their loved one’s gambling.
Its counsellors are ready to help you to understand and overcome addictions, and are available online 7 days a week and out of hours.
