HSE Health Promotion and Improvement are partnering with South Roscommon Family Resource Centre to offer an event to expectant and new parents in the community. 
The free Parents Connect event will take place in The Quad Youth Centre on Circular Road in Roscommon on Thursday, November 23 next from 10am to 12 noon.
This event is open to anyone expecting a baby or caring for a baby aged between 0 and 3 years.
The attendance will get to hear from a panel of experts including psychologists and women’s health physiotherapists who will provide advice on keeping yourself physically and emotionally well in the transition to parenthood.
You will also be able to learn about parenting resources available to you and get a chance to meet with other parents in your community.
