Tuam Mental Health Association (MHA) in conjunction with Mental Health Ireland would like to invite you to ‘Hello Tuam’ on Tuesday next, April 4.

This event aims to afford an opportunity for the community of Tuam to connect and to learn more about the organisations promoting positive mental health in the area.

There will also be a chance for open discussion about other supports the community would like to see available.

Come along, enjoy a cuppa and connect with others from 7-9pm in the Ard Rí Tuam next April 4 next. You will be most welcome.

Guest Speakers on the day will include representatives from the following organisations: Tuam MHA, Mental Health Ireland, Pieta House, Planet Youth, Galway Recovery College, GROW, shOUT, GRD, West Traveller Association, Principal Social Worker, Venture Out, Resource Officer for Suicide Prevention, Healthy Ireland, Women’s Shed, Mens’ Shed and a mindfulness and yoga tutor.
