REGARI has just published its programme of mental health and wellbeing recovery education modules for the 2023 Spring-Summer semester.
Regari is a unique service that aims to support, maintain and promote positive mental health in the community and to foster hopeful positive conversations about human distress and the challenges associated with poor mental health.
Its mission is to advance personal recovery through vibrant adult education.
The registration date for TUS (formerly AIT is 28th February 2023 between 2pm and 4 pm at the TUS, Main Campus, N37 HD68. You can also register at any of the modules.
There is a registration fee of €5 but the modules are free to attend thereafter.
