The Living Well Programme is now up and running for Spring 2023.
This free online group programme is aimed to help people manage their long-term health conditions and improve their well-being.
Anyone with any chronic illness such as diabetes, arthritis, COPD, cardiac illness, anxiety, etc. can benefit from these workshops.
The prorgramme is delivered on Zoom, once a week, over a 6-week period in a friendly and supportive setting.
Participants will develop self-management skills and confidence to live well with their health condition.
The dates for the latest round of Living Well are as following:
- Thursday, January 12 – Thursday, February 16 from 10.30am to 1pm;
- Tuesday, January 31 – Tuesday, March 7 from 7pm to 9.30pm;
- Monday, February 20 to Monday, March 27 from 10.30am to 1pm,
