Irish Aftercare Network announces 2022 conference details

The Irish Aftercare Network will host its 2022 Annual Conference on Friday, October 7 next in the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone, Co. Westmeath from 9am to 3.45pm.

The Network, which provides support to people working with care leavers, is managed and coordinated by Breaking Through CLG under the Scheme to Support National Organisations and is funded by the Government of Ireland through the Department of Rural and Community Development.

The theme of the Irish Aftercare Network’s 2022 conference is “Looking Forward – Working With Young People Leaving Care”.

A comprehensive and compelling programme of speakers and topics has been prepared for the day with the conference being officially opened by Minister Roderick O’Gorman, Department for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.
