Regari Recovery College launches autumn/winter wellbeing and recovery workshops

Regari Recovery College West is hosting a a series of registration days for its Autumn/Winter semester of wellbeing and recovery workshops.

Regari is comprised of three sister colleges offering Recovery Education sessions locally and nationally.

It aims to foster the foundation for ongoing recovery and to sustain the belief that people can recover from mental health challenges.

It seeks to enhance self-control with educational experiences that encourage confidence to negotiate and make choices with increased personal responsibility.

Finally Regari Recovery College hopes that participation in its educational courses will yield new personal opportunities. It is open to everyone over 18 years.

The registration day for courses in Athlone takes place on Thursday, August 25 from 2-4pm at the main campus of the Technological University of the Shannon, N37 HD68 or Athlone Library, Church St, N37N625. Course details are on the accompanying poster.

Registration for courses in Roscommon town takes place on Tuesday, August 30 from 2-4pm at Regari Recovery College, The Lodge, Athlone Road, Roscommon Town. See the accompanying poster for course details and further information.

If you would like to attend Regari workshops in Ballinasloe, you can register to attend at Clonfert Family Centre from 2-4pm on Wednesday, August 31. (Further details on the accompanying poster).

Regari Recovery College will also be hosting workshops in Ballaghaderreen Family Resource Centre. See the semester timetable poster.

Registration costs €5 and modules are then free to attend.
