Living Well programme supports those with long term health conditions

If you are living with a long term heath condition you may be interested in doing the ‘Living Well’ Programme’.

This is a six week programme delivered in 2.5 hour weekly sessions where you will learn new skills to manage your health condition on a day-to-day basis.

Long term health conditions include but are not limited to COPD, asthma, diabetes, stroke, heart conditions, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, cancer, Crohn’s disease, chronic paid and depression.

The Living Well programme is delivered by trained leaders, most of whom are also living with a long-term health condition.

A series of Living Well programmes will run throughout September between the following dates: September 9 to October 14 (from 7pm to 9.30pm); September 13 to October 18 (from 10.30am to 1pm); September 21 to October 26 from 10.30am to 1pm and September 29 to November 3 from 7pm to 9.30pm.

You must register in advance as places are limited to 10/12 participants.

Please note you do not have to disclose your health condition on the programme.
