Free online exercise class for over 55’s
Start date: Friday 12th March
Location: Online via Zoom
The classes will have a wide variety of exercises which will be adaptable to suit all ability levels. The Siel Bleu Ireland trainer will give seated and standing adaptations to all exercises. The types of exercises participants will be doing will be based around Strength, Balance, Aerobic, Flexibility and more. Participants will be able to use household objects to act as weights to add intensity to the workout, if required.
